By using the Site, submitting a request through it, or receiving messages from us in connection with a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes how we handle the information you provide.

These Mobile Messaging Terms govern the Buckeye House Painting text messaging program (the “Program”) and form part of these Terms.
Program description. By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Buckeye House Painting, including service messages such as appointment scheduling, confirmations and follow-ups about your request. Where you have separately opted in, you will also receive marketing and promotional messages.
Two categories of message. Service messages relate to a request you made or work we are carrying out for you. Marketing messages promote our products, services, offers or events. Consent to marketing messages is asked for separately, and you may receive service messages without ever consenting to marketing.
Consent. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have authority to opt in on the account holder’s behalf.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance.
We may email you about a request you submitted, and we may send marketing email about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; it does not stop emails about a request you made or work in progress.

The Site and its contents, including text, images, graphics, layout, logos and software, are owned by or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. No other right is granted.
